This product can be directly installed on the channel through which oily wastewater flows. Simply align the wastewater outlet with the inlet of the oil-water separator with a grille (debris separation box), and connect it with other equipment using pipelines.
The oil-water separator must be adjusted to a horizontal position during installation.
Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water and the water level regulating pipe should be adjusted so that the top of the water level regulating pipe is at the same level as the upper edge of the overflow tank.
The position of the inlet pipe should be kept at a certain distance from the debris separation box to facilitate the removal of the debris separation box.
Add oily wastewater and adjust the water level control pipe again until the oil drain pipe only drains oil without draining water.
If the position of the oil discharge pipe is too low, you can open the equipment cover and use tools to remove the oil.
When draining oil, first open the drain valve, drain a portion of the water at the bottom, and then collect the waste oil.
After adjusting the regulating pipe, please do not move it around casually, otherwise it will affect the quality of the effluent.
2. Equipment maintenance instructions
After daily use, the debris on the inlet filter screen should be discarded and cleaned thoroughly. The catering industry should use hot water to wash the oil stains on the filter screen to avoid clogging the filter screen and affecting the inflow of water.
After daily use, the waste oil in the oil collection tank should be cleaned: first open the drain valve at the bottom of the tank, drain some of the water, and then collect the waste oil. When there is more animal oil than vegetable oil in the catering industry, the waste oil will form clumps or blocks. To do so, first open the drain valve to discharge some of the water, then open the top cover of the oil-water separator and clean the waste oil in the tank with a spoon
During use, the interior of the equipment should be regularly rinsed with clean water, usually every two weeks or depending on the situation.
